Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and to maintain hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there has been an error on our part. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, there are some exceptions. To be eligible for a return, you must have a) received the wrong item, or b) your item arrived damaged or defective. You’ll also need the order number and clear photos of the issue for review.

We have a 7-day policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to contact us about any refunds. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start the refunding process, you can contact us at mwl.beautique@gmail.com. Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund as applicable. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mwl.beautique@gmail.com.
